There are times when we may ask you for personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as non-confidential information about your company, role, and the like. This information is used in fulfilling requests for white papers or other company information, and enabling us to provide you with some idea of the potential return on investment if you purchase our product, as well as sending newsletters and promotional e-mail, and potentially contacting you directly as part of our marketing efforts in order to offer products and services we think you’d like to hear about. Your name and e-mail address may be collected and used in conjunction with other information, such as your occupation, position and other specifics. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Trifectix, or (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Trifectix (including the enforcement of our agreements).

We may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

Trifectix may also employ Web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations of our sites.  We prohibit Web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect or access your personal information.

Cookies contain information that can later be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. The Trifectix sites use cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information on your later visits to these sites.

For example, your e-mail address may be stored in a cookie that will remain on your computer after you sign out. This cookie allows your e-mail address to be pre-populated, so that you will only need to type your password the next time you sign in. Personal Information Privacy
Trifectix will take all appropriate steps to keep your personal information confidential, including limiting access to customer or prospective customer information databases, communicating this policy statement to all Trifectix employees and establishing and enforcing penalties for violating this statement.

We gather personal information from our customers so we can better develop our relationship with those customers. Occasionally, we seek customer comments on our products and services. These comments allow us to determine which products and services our customers should be made aware of based on their specific needs.
